Iran boycotting & two great neglect
Governments that they want through economic sanctions, make the Iranian government to be surrendering to their demands they have two great neglect and so they cannot reach a conclusion;
First: They think that standards level of Iranian living is very important for Iranian politicians, and
Second: They think standards level of Iranian living is important for the majority of Iranian people!
Boycotting method is based on economic pressures to the Islamic Republic in its economic needs, so when the government cannot manage himself problems they cause public dissatisfaction and these pressures make him to change behavior but this method has not been results.
Islamic government promises people go to paradise for tolerate the enemies and the enemies of God pressures: this doesn't confirm the standards of living are important for them! (1)
Too many people for different reasons doesn't care for their standard of living, or because the way closed due to cultural relationship with developed countries to know what standard is, or criticism cost is too much, or to quote a diplomat in English fifty years ago to believe in fate and "do not care to suffer " (2).
Iranians also have learned from one of the main Iranian poets (Sa'di) that when they do not have shoes think someone who is crippled and "wait"!
As simple as that any sanctions make living standards in Iran lowers!

(1) Very simple example of this situation is the situation in the country's air transport industry Apart from the few large cities, most cities in the country almost without water treatment systems and at the end of the first decade of the third millennium, yet many cities have no sewage collection network. The Iranian government even refused to determine and define the poverty line, and changing the definition of indicators, with unemployment and inflation, political maneuvering will!
